Prayer Ministry

It is our desire that every person finds their place in “corporate prayer!”

Norma Smith: Prayer is a priority for every serious Christian. It brings the power of God on the scene in the lives of individuals, and in the Church at large. At LFC, we believe that every member is called to pray. Everyone has a supply of the Spirit within them that is desperately needed; a supply that can only be given when they join with others in prayer. It is our desire that every person will find their place in “corporate prayer.” Not only so they can be a blessing to others, but so they themselves can also be richly blessed and reap the eternal rewards.

1 Tim 2:1-3 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; (KJV)

At Lighthouse Family Church we are committed to be a “House of Prayer” and a “Place of Healing.” The prayer ministry at LFC extends to the following areas:

  • At our Sunday morning and Wednesday evening services prayer is offered for all those needing healing or for other needs they may have.
  • Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. we meet for “corporate prayer ” at the church.
  • We also have hospital visitation team members that visits the local hospitals upon request to pray for those in need.

At Lighthouse Family Church we believe that Jesus is the Healer. We have seen many healed and set free by the power of God. If you have a need, God has an answer.
